    How heavy or comfortable are chainmaille pieces?

    While woven metal has a satisfying, substantial weight compared to delicate commercial chains, our pieces are engineered for fluid, comfortable daily wear. The woven link structures contour naturally against the body rather than feeling stiff or bulky.

    Why is my jewelry changing colors?

    Silver and copper are living metals that naturally reacts to air, moisture, and skin chemistry. Over time, sterling silver darkens from bright silver to dark gray or black and copper evolves from a bright penny-gold to a rich, antique bronze. This natural oxidation is expected and adds depth to woven designs.

  • How do I measure my wrist for a chainmaille bracelet?

    Because chainmaille weaves have physical depth and volume, a bracelet needs to be slightly longer than your actual wrist measurement. Wrap a flexible tape measure or strip of paper snugly around your wrist bone, then add 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch (depending on the thickness of the weave) to find your ideal bracelet length.

    Do you offer resizing or exchanges for gifts?

    Yes! Because our hand-woven designs feature a continuous, seamless pattern, we do not use extension chains. If you are purchasing a piece as a gift—or if your own piece needs a size tweak—we offer a 30-day exchange window to resize your piece to any standard catalog size.
